Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit of $200.
The balance of the rent is due in the form of a cashier’s check or money order and a personal check for $300 security deposit (I return your $300 check when you return my key) four weeks in advance of your arrival. Upon the receipt of the balance the key will be sent to your home address. The security deposit will be returned by mail, after your check-out and you have returned the key to us.

Rates include your linen and departure cleaning. You may make arrangements for further cleaning by contacting our cleaning service (their names will be provided to you). You will be billed separately by them.

Until confirmation, rates are subject to change without notice.

There will be no refunds on deposits for cancellations unless we are able to rent the unit for the week or month in question.

Check-in time is at 3:00 P.M. or later
Check-out time is at 10:00 A.M. Please encourage smokers to smoke outside on the balconies in consideration of those who don't.

There is plenty of free parking available outside the building and throughout the complex. Two permits will be issued upon arrival at guardhouse.
